TradingTP Website Policy

1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to TradingTP ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), a members-only web application operated in connection with the TradingTP YouTube channel. By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or clicking "Login with Google", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Website Policy ("Policy"). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Membership
Access to member features is restricted to users who maintain an active, valid membership of the official TradingTP YouTube channel, unless expressly authorized as an administrator. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into this Policy. We reserve the right to verify membership status at any time through third-party services, including Google and YouTube APIs.
3. Account Registration and Security
Authentication is provided through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy, present security risks, or fail membership verification.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to education, research, and trade journaling consistent with the services offered. You agree not to: (a) copy, scrape, or redistribute Platform content without authorization; (b) reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt Platform systems; (c) upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access; (d) impersonate another person or misrepresent membership status; (e) use automated tools to extract data or abuse API rate limits; or (f) use the Platform in violation of applicable laws or third-party terms (including YouTube and Google policies).
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All videos, summaries, code snippets, designs, trademarks, and materials available on the Platform are owned by TradingTP or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Membership does not transfer ownership of any content. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access content for personal use while your membership remains active. User-generated content you submit (e.g., journal entries, notes) remains yours, but you grant us a license to store, display, and process it solely to operate the Platform.
6. AI Signal Bot and Educational Disclaimer
The Signal Bot and any AI-generated outputs are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, brokerage services, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should consult qualified professionals before acting on any information. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
7. Trading and Financial Risk Warning
Trading financial instruments—including forex, cryptocurrencies, equities, and derivatives—involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Leverage can magnify gains and losses. You may lose more than your initial investment. The Platform does not guarantee profits or accuracy of any strategy, signal, or journal analytics. You use all tools and content at your own risk, and any financial or other outcomes connected to your use of the Platform remain your sole responsibility.
8. Privacy and Data Processing
We collect and process personal data necessary to operate the Platform, including your Google account identifier, email address, display name, profile image, YouTube channel identifier (where applicable), usage logs, and content you create. Data may be stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use third-party services (including Google, YouTube, and AI providers) subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data. You may contact us regarding data access or deletion requests, subject to legal and operational requirements.
9. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may affect availability. We may update this Policy periodically; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk
The Platform and all related content, tools, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind—whether express, implied, or statutory—including warranties of accuracy, reliability, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. By continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that any reliance on information, signals, educational materials, or features made available herein is undertaken at your own judgment and discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TradingTP and its operators, affiliates, partners, and contributors shall not be responsible for, and expressly disclaim liability in respect of, any loss, damage, claim, cost, or adverse outcome of any nature—whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or otherwise—that may arise from or in connection with your access to, use of, inability to use, or dependence upon the Platform. This includes, without limitation, trading or investment losses, loss of profits or data, business interruption, technical errors, delays, third-party service failures, or decisions made based on content accessed through the Platform. Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for membership access in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or zero if access was provided without direct payment.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradingTP and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of this Policy, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach this Policy, lose YouTube membership, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall remain in effect.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this Policy or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing that, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
